Sometimes after years of neglect, tearing down a house and starting from scratch is cheaper and easier than trying to fix it. That was the case for this particular piece of land. Collins Homes & Renovations removed the run-down derelict house that once stood in the heart of Bedford, and re-purposed the land with new semi-detached homes.
